About Us

BFA Management is headed by Director Mr Colin Francis and was created in the late 1980’s as a result of the sudden growth of home ownership in Gibraltar. This management portfolio has further grown over the last 30 years to include many of the new luxury developments.

This section is also responsible for the Management of a comprehensive portfolio of post-war Residential and Commercial properties, as well as a growing portfolio of pre-war properties in Gibraltar. In addition, we also provide rental management services to individuals and corporate clients.

BFA adhere to the professional Code of Conduct and are Regulated by the RICS.
