About Us

Our Mission

Raise awareness of the difficulties faced by people with hearing impairments in day-to-day living. These include deafness, balance problems and tinnitus.

Raise awareness of what is available in terms of equipment and resources in order to overcome some of these difficulties and so improve quality of life.

Raise awareness (especially amongst the young) of the dangers of over exposure to loud noise e.g. use of headphones with iPods/Discmans, in order to avoid hearing difficulties in later life.

Promote and encourage the use of British Sign Language in Gibraltar.

If possible to work with both Action On Hearing Loss and the British Tinnitus Association (BTA), and support their campaigns.
