Reshape is a HIIT full-body workout never experienced before. Each session will have you burning calories on the treadmills and toning your body using weights. Enter our Reshape studio with its unique lighting and sound system and improve your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength, develop lean muscle and burn over 800 calories*; the harder you work the more you burn.
Rumble is a hard-hitting session where you enter into a battle between you and your bag. The workout incorporates explosive punches, energetic footwork, strength, stamina and conditioning bodyweight drills. Enter our Rumble Studio and let the powerful music release that inner fight performance serving that punching bag your stress and tension.
At R&R we don’t spin, we RIDE!!! Ride is a high-intensity low impact workout, a 45-minute HIIT session surrounded by loud motivational playlists and a lighting system to match the intensity. Our instructors with their own playlists will inspire you to Ride to the beat in your own immersive space surrounded by a revolutionary lighting and sound system.
