About Us

TRIAY STAGNETTO NEISH was formed in August 2001 as a result of the merger of Louis W Triay & Partners and Stagnetto & Co, two of Gibraltars' leading law firms which were established in 1950 and 1953 respectively and have always had a reputation for providing an excellent service.
The merger combined two very well regarded practices. The two firms have had their strengths in a variety of areas - Louis W Triay & Partners particularly in Trusts and Taxation Law, whilst Stagnetto & Co's Admiralty practice has always been a highly regarded one. Both firms have had an excellent reputation for litigation and this is illustrated by the number of silks amongst the partners.
In January 2006 TSN acquired the Gibraltar practice of Denton Wilde Sapte.
The firm now boasts some of Gibraltar's leading lawyers and with them a wealth of experience and expertise. We aim to offer the advantages of a larger firm whilst still retaining the very personal service that both Stagnetto & Co and Louis W Triay & Partners have been able to provide our clients in the past. We are confident that the merger will enhance our ability to deal effectively with all clients.
